At Former Lawyer, we like to occasionally highlight something to read, watch, or listen to that features a former lawyer.
Today, we’re highlighting this piece, What People Who Have Left the Law Do Differently, written by Casey Berman and published on Above the Law. Casey is a former lawyer and the founder of Leave Law Behind, a consulting practice that helps lawyers transition to other careers. The piece is short and sweet, but full of gems like this one: “But if you’re truly and sincerely miserable practicing law, follow how you feel and know you can find a way to change your life.” We couldn’t agree more!
Happy reading and happy weekend!
