Do you know that you don’t want to be a lawyer, but have no idea what to do instead?
The What’s Next Intensive is for lawyers who want to leave their job, but have NO IDEA what to do next.
During the Intensive, I’ll help you specifically identify what it is about being a lawyer that isn’t working for you, and what you want in your next job.
There are 5 areas that you need to explore to figure out the next step towards getting out of your job as a lawyer:
- The biggest mistake that unhappy lawyers make (and how to avoid it)
- Understanding why you (really) became a lawyer
- What’s not working for you (and what that means for what’s next for you)
- What you really want (hint: it probably has nothing to do with titles or salaries)
- Identifying your next step (and figuring out how to replicate the process
The Intensive is pre-recorded and available on-demand for you to go through at any time.
At the end of our 60 minutes together, you will go from having no idea what to do next to knowing what the right next step is for you.
This is not a typical webinar where I talk at you for 60 minutes. You will spend most of the time taking action and reflecting, with my guidance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1 – Who is the Intensive for?
If you are a lawyer who is unhappy in your job and you know that you need to do something to figure out your next step, but you aren’t sure where to start, this is for you.
Q2 – I’m considering joining the Collaborative. Should I work through the Intensive before I join the Collaborative?
It’s totally up to you. The Intensive is a compressed and accelerated version of the first part of the five-part framework inside of the Collaborative. When you join the Collaborative, you get access to a recording of the Intensive. So you don’t have to attend the Intensive first, but you can if you choose to. Everyone who joins the Collaborative within 30 days of purchasing the Intensive receives a credit for the amount they paid for the Intensive towards their membership fee.
Q3 – I have more questions—what do I do?
